The Opportunity

This is a leadership role, not just a supervisory position.

As Managing Broker at NREMG, you will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-performing team of brokers, while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the platform.

You will work at the intersection of brokerage, leadership, and platform growth - supporting agents in driving transactions while leveraging NREMG’s integrated capabilities across advisory, construction, and property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of high-performing real estate brokers and agents
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
  • Ensure full compliance with state regulations, licensing, and brokerage standards
  • Oversee transaction activity and support brokers in deal execution and problem-solving
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and production
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align brokerage activity with investment strategy and client objectives
  • Monitor market trends and guide team strategy based on data and market insights
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Licensed Managing Broker (or equivalent, depending on state requirements)
  • 7+ years of experience in real estate, with leadership or team management experience
  • Proven track record of production and agent development
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, compliance, and brokerage operations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Highly organized, professional, and execution-oriented
