The Opportunity

As a Portfolio Manager at NREMG, you will be responsible for strategic oversight and performance optimization of a multi‑asset real estate portfolio, ensuring properties operate efficiently, meet financial targets, and support broader investment objectives.
You will lead cross‑functional teams - including property managers, leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, and external partners - to execute business plans, strengthen asset performance, and enhance long‑term value for investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for assigned real estate assets, aligning operational plans with investment objectives
- Oversee property managers, leasing staff, maintenance teams, and third‑party vendors to ensure consistent execution of performance plans
- Develop and monitor asset business plans - including budgets, cash flow forecasts, and capital expenditure strategies
- Analyze financial performance and operating metrics; recommend and implement corrective actions to optimize returns
- Coordinate with internal advisory, acquisitions, construction, and property management teams to support portfolio‑level goals
- Ensure operational excellence across properties through standardized processes, quality control, and compliance
- Build and maintain strong investor and client relationships with clear, timely reporting and performance insights
- Engage in lease negotiations, capital planning, and periodic portfolio reviews to maximize value and mitigate risk
