The Opportunity

As a Property Manager at NREMG, you will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day property operations with a focus on performance, tenant experience, and value preservation. You will work across internal teams and external partners to ensure properties operate efficiently, maintain high occupancy, and contribute to broader investment objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily property operations for assigned assets
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships to ensure quality service and cost control
- Respond to tenant needs with professionalism and timely resolution
- Financial & Administrative
- Prepare and monitor property budgets, expense reports, and financial performance metrics
- Ensure accurate and timely rent collection, billing, and lease administration
- Collaborate with accounting teams on invoicing, payables, and receivables
- Tenant & Lease Management
- Maintain strong tenant relations, including lease renewals and conflict resolution
- Monitor occupancy trends and support leasing strategies to maximize retention
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and property rules
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Maintain documentation and property records, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective action as needed
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Construction Managers, and support teams to align property operations with asset‑level goals
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to leadership
