The Opportunity

This is not a traditional brokerage role.

As a Broker at NREMG, you will focus on sourcing and executing real estate transactions while working alongside an in-house advisory team that supports underwriting, investment analysis, and strategic planning.

This structure allows you to remain focused on deal execution and client relationships, while leveraging institutional-quality insights to deliver more sophisticated outcomes for your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and execute investment-grade real estate transactions (acquisitions & dispositions)
  • Build and manage relationships with private and institutional investors
  • Drive business development through proactive outreach and market engagement
  • Partner with internal advisory teams to deliver data-driven pricing and strategy recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams across construction, property management, and asset management
  • Execute targeted marketing strategies to position and transact assets effectively
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, capital flows, and investment dynamics

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or investment-focused real estate
  • Proven ability to source and close transactions
  • Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and deal structure
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Highly motivated, professional, and execution-driven
