The Opportunity

This is a critical operations role at the center of our transaction pipeline.

As a Transaction Coordinator at NREMG, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end transaction process - ensuring that deals move efficiently from contract to close with accuracy, compliance, and speed.

You will work closely with brokers, clients, and internal teams, allowing our producers to stay focused on generating and closing deals, while you ensure execution happens seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage real estate transactions from contract execution through closing
  • Coordinate all parties involved, including brokers, clients, title companies, lenders, and vendors
  • Track key milestones, deadlines, and contingencies to ensure timely execution
  • Prepare, review, and maintain transaction documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure all files meet brokerage and regulatory requirements prior to closing
  • Maintain and update transaction records, CRM systems, and reporting tools
  • Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve issues
  • Support brokers by handling administrative and coordination tasks across active deals

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Active Real Estate License
  • 2–5+ years of transaction coordination or real estate operations experience
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts and transaction processes
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, document management tools, and Google Workspace
  • Real estate license preferred but not required (depending on responsibilities)
