Alec Bezerra is a Certified Public Accountant with more than nine years of accounting and finance experience specializing in multifamily real estate. His expertise spans financial controls, portfolio reporting, operational analytics, budgeting and forecasting, and investment reporting, with a focus on providing the financial insight and operational discipline that support informed investment decisions and long-term value creation.

Prior to joining National Real Estate Management Group, Alec held accounting leadership roles with Edward Rose & Sons and M. Shapiro Real Estate Group after beginning his career in public accounting. Throughout his career, he has overseen the financial operations of portfolios comprising hundreds of multifamily properties, developing reporting frameworks, strengthening internal controls, and implementing financial processes that support operational efficiency while maintaining strong financial governance.

Alec has led initiatives to strengthen financial controls, enhance portfolio reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, and implement scalable reporting systems that deliver timely, actionable insights for leadership.
